Future Insight experienced significant growth in 2021, with key developments including:
the realization of our automated building permit approval solution using BIM models for Estonia
signing an exclusive contract with Heijmans, whereby Heijmans will use Clearly as a solution to manage all its construction projects and its stakeholders
winning the 'Golden Hourglass' award for our innovative BIM Legal solution that supports storing legal agreements in digital twins
our appointment as advisor for the T3D program for Dutch municipalities
our selection as winner for New York City's 'hack the building code innovation challenge' with our building permit approval concept
Organization
To accommodate this growth, Future Insight is strengthening its organization with a new CEO, a new organizational structure and an expansion of the team in Sales, Product Development, Project Management and Office Support:
Maarten Res has started as CEO as of January 1, 2022. Maarten has extensive management experience in operations management, strategy development & implementation and digital transformation
Bas Hoorn will assume the role of CCO and focus on commercial activities and business development. Bas is co-founder of Future Insight and will be involved in developing strategic partnerships and global projects, among other things
Rick Klooster, as co-founder, will continue the role of CTO and contribute to the further development of our product offering and overall global business development
Eftychia Kalogianni started as a Consultant as of today, January 17. She will focus on advising clients on BIM and 3D strategies and developing use cases and supporting our internal organization in these areas of expertise
Robin Nieuwboer will start working as Office Manager as of February 1, 2022. She will be the first point of contact, help streamline the organization, support in Finance, IT, project management and marketing and help shape the company culture!
Funding
Future Insight has raised external funding to facilitate growth and further expand the product offering. This also provides opportunities to expand our international network and partner base.
