Vacancy: Project Manager (Junior)

As a Junior Project Manager at Future Insight, you'll be the heart of our projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure flawless execution from start to finish. What you will do as a Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our team. You'll manage your own projects and assist with complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Streamlined project management : You relieve the administrative tasks of mid-level/senior project managers, allowing them to focus on strategic matters. You ensure flawless planning, reporting, and invoicing of projects.

• Customer Contact : You're a solid partner for our clients. You contribute to both content and commercial matters, identify opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Team Leader : You manage the project team and facilitate collaboration to achieve optimal results.

• Commercial support: You contribute to the preparation of quotations and tender registrations and generate new leads for the sales team.

  
  

We are looking for

You're a proactive and eager-to-learn professional with a university-level work and thinking qualification. You already have some experience (0-3 years) in project management within a commercial environment. Do you also identify with the following? Then you'll be a perfect fit for our team:

• You get energy from organizing projects and are good at structuring processes.

• You are independent, customer and results oriented.

• You are a real team player and facilitate the project team optimally.

• You have an affinity with our products and target groups (including contractors and government).

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week and you have no problem visiting customers regularly, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

So, you work independently, but certainly not alone.

Our clients are located both domestically and internationally and are primarily government agencies, engineering firms, and contractors. These include organizations like Heijmans, Hanab Distribution, and Nobian, as well as the Municipality of Rotterdam, The Hague, the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Finnish Ministry of Climate Policy.

What we offer

• You will receive a market-rate salary between €2,700 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• In addition to 8% holiday allowance, you will receive a choice budget of 5.8%.
