When working with data, you bear a great responsibility. You and we. At Future Insight, we work with our clients' data every day. For us, trust forms the foundation of every sustainable partnership. By testing compliance and data security against laws and regulations as well as international standards, we are pleased to provide confirmation that we are reliable in word and deed.

With the official approval of our registration as a data intermediation service by the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) under the European Data Governance Act (DGA), we are taking the next step in this regard.

What does registration as a data intermediation service with the ACM entail?

Screenshot of the official publication on the website of the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). The headline reads: "Decision on data intermediation service under the Data Governance Act Future Insight Group". The text confirms the approval of the registration of Future Insight Group BV under the Director-Major Shareholder on 12-05-2026.

Because Future Insight offers a data intermediation service, we are legally obliged to register it with the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), and these services must be offered neutrally, as described in the Data Governance Act (DGA).

The DGA, a European law, sets out rules for data sharing markets regarding neutrality, (re)use, and user protection. The aim of this law is to increase general confidence in the digital economy and remove barriers to data exchange.

By complying with this registration requirement, our services align with these data sharing standards applicable at the European level.

Quality as our standard

With this registration with the ACM, we are taking the next step in safeguarding our quality. This aligns seamlessly with previous steps we have taken to align our organization with internationally applicable ISO standards. For instance, we already comply with the ISO 27001 standard (for information security) and the ISO 9001 standard (for continuous quality management).

While these ISO certificates demonstrate that our internal information security and processes are robustly structured, the DGA registration confirms that our services comply with European laws and regulations.

Building a reliable future

For us, quality is not an end point, but the standard in everything we do. We organize, document, and control meticulously so that every project is robust and future-proof. We challenge each other to constantly improve: in our approach, our collaboration, our communication, and our products. In this way, we deliver not only what is requested, but what is truly needed.
