Starter program
In 5 agile steps, we guide organizations toward successful platform implementation, use case by use case. This way, you'll quickly see the benefits and convince stakeholders of the power of a platform approach.
1 Start phase: In this phase, we introduce the Clearly.Hub, assemble the core team, and introduce key concepts.
2. Inventory phase: Here we get further acquainted with building & architecture principles, governance & ethics. We establish a detailed plan of action and select the most appropriate internal use case to start with.
3 Connection phase: In this phase, we test the starting points and principles, set up your Clearly.Hub environment for the selected use case and map the existing processes in your organization.
4 Delivery phase: We deliver the first operational use case, create demo material and share the acquired knowledge within your organization.
5 Evaluation phase: In this final phase, we conclude the initiation program with a presentation of the results achieved and discuss the next steps.
During this program, you will also be connected with other participants within the Clearly.Hub ecosystem, allowing you to grow optimally and learn from each other.
