Future Insight wins the Phoenix City Challenge at IMAGINE the Citiverse 2025 with Clearly.Hub: a platform that connects urban data for smart, shaded routes in extreme heat. After working with Rotterdam, we are now taking steps toward cities like Phoenix to create data-driven and equitable smart city solutions.

Climate, energy, housing - major tasks require a new generation of professionals. With the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, we are working on education that connects digitalization and practice. Through the covenant with the Open Urban Platform, we build a bridge between city and study. In this way we prepare students for the world of tomorrow.

During Imagine the Citiverse in Tampere, the international launch of the Open Urban Platform (OUP), for which the clearly.Hub provides the solution, took place. With inspiring contributions from Rotterdam, a concrete safety-use case and the start of a cooperation with Sitowise, we took a big step in international urban innovation. Project meetings of Xcite and Dt-aCoGo also took place and we participated in City Challenges.

Future Insight collaborates with Sitowise, the Nordic expert in geospatial solutions, as an official partner in Finland. Through this partnership, Clearly.Hub - our Open Urban Platform solution - will become accessible to Finnish cities and regions. The international launch of the platform will take place on May 27, 2025 at the IMAGINE conference in Tampere.

At the “Be Bold Join the Change” event, 70 professionals gathered for the launch of the Clearly.Hub, a platform for data-driven solutions to societal challenges. Keynote speaker Barbara Visser emphasized the importance of open data and boldness. Partners shared inspiring practical examples.
