During the InterGarant Roadshow, we'll consciously step outside our own silos and look at the bigger picture. Using a single, ongoing practical case study, we'll demonstrate how partners truly collaborate and, more importantly, how you can seamlessly integrate.

From application to enforcement: things can be done differently today

This year, we're making it more concrete than ever. Not just theory, but a complete chain approach focused on a single use case, demonstrating how AI and smart tools enhance every phase of the process. This process begins with the submission of a permit application or notification and continues through permit issuance and acceptance, to supervision during construction, and ultimately, enforcement and notification of completion.

At every step, we demonstrate how AI, BIM, and digital tools are already making processes smarter, faster, and more effective. In this case study, you'll discover, among other things, how Struck uses AI to provide direct insight into location-specific requirements and opportunities, and how we at Future Insight, represented by our CTO Rick Klooster, use BIM for integrated planning and digital collaboration within projects.

In-depth knowledge of working solutions for construction

We will then delve deeper into applications that are already in use today, such as Voortaan's parametric calculations and automatic checks, the fast and accurate construction control with scans and real-world data via GeoReality, and the practical implementation of digital chain solutions by InterGarant Group.

The Roadshow is an initiative of InterGarant and is organized with partners from the entire construction and permit chain, including regional municipalities, the Dutch Association of Building and Housing Supervision (VBWTN), the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), digiGO, Struck, Voortaan, GeoReality and Future Insight.

This is the place for building authorities, policymakers, consultants, and project developers to discover how they can already reap the benefits of a digitized supply chain today. No abstract futuristic ideas, but working solutions that reduce regulatory burden and increase quality.
