From November 4th to 6th, the world of urban innovation will accelerate in Barcelona. This is the place where the future of our cities is shaped and activated. That's why we'll be there at not one, but two inspiring booths in the DMI Ecosystem Pavilion!

Het Open Urban Platform:
A user-friendly online ecosystem for sharing data and apps. Here, we demonstrate how the Open Urban Platform works, how it connects to DMI's Products and Services eXchange (PDX), and also to the European Dataspaces. This makes it a flexible, future-proof, and open platform: the perfect foundation for your future smart data strategy, and available immediately!
We demonstrate this use case together with the Municipality of Rotterdam, the Municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, City of Tampere and Open & Agile Smart Cities & Communities (OASC).
Rotterdam's climate challenge:
Rotterdam is collaborating with various partners to better prepare for heat and flooding. Data and smart sensors are used to identify potential problems and the best course of action. This allows the city and emergency services to respond more quickly and efficiently in the event of extreme heat or flooding.
Discover how we connect and visualize data to adapt the city and keep our feet dry. This provides practical insights into climate adaptation and data-driven policy.
We are demonstrating this use case together with Rotterdam Citiverse, Capgemini, Scenexus, Nelen & Schuurmans, VDL Groep, Signify, Tygron Platform, The People Group and Goudappel.
