Dive into the world of building permits. Join us at the Digital Building Permit Conference in Vienna

Are you working in the world of building permits and want to stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in digital transformation? Then this is for you!

The digitization of building permits, once a complex bottleneck, is now making huge strides. This opens doors for unprecedented automation and optimization in building and city data management.

To connect research and practice, and pool knowledge and ideas, European Network for Digital Building Permits together with several industry associations is organizing the “𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱” in Vienna!

We cordially invite you to participate in this inspiring event from December 2 - 4, 2025 in Vienna, Austria. Better yet, if you already have some practical experience or a pilot project to share, then submit your abstract and take to the stage!

Just register on the conference platform to submit your abstract now!

We are organizing a workshop titled “How to start with BIM-based permitting?” on December 4 (the last conference day) in cooperation with the EU BIM Task Group. This workshop is intended mainly for municipalities and policy makers who want to improve the speed, quality and transparency of the building permitting process, but do not know where to start.

During our workshop, among other things, we will dive into the world of Clearly.BIM: one of the world's most advanced and user-friendly solutions for automating building permit checks with BIM. Simple, but powerful! We will tell you more about how Clearly.BIM has been implemented in the national building permit system in Estonia, where applications can now be submitted via IFC models.
