As a junior implementation specialist, you'll be the crucial link between our innovative software and our clients' projects. With your technical insight and enthusiasm, you'll help contractors, engineers, and clients in the infrastructure sector organize their projects more efficiently. What you will do as a junior implementation specialist

As a junior implementation specialist at Future Insight, you'll play a key role in the successful implementation of our Clearly.Projects platform . In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyze and advise: You delve into the customer's specific needs and advise them on the optimal configuration of our software.

  • Technical setup : You configure the platform so that it seamlessly connects with the customer's work processes.

  • Training and enthusiasm : You train end users and introduce them to the benefits of our solutions, so that they enjoy using the platform.

  • Collaboration : You work closely with the project team to ensure every implementation runs smoothly.


We are looking for

You're a proactive and eager-to-learn professional with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset. You already have (0-3 years) of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role. Do you also identify with the following? Then you'll be a perfect fit for our team:


  • You have a higher professional education/university working and thinking level.

  • You can convey complex information with ease and enjoy training and motivating people.

  • You are a real team player, but you can also work independently and in a structured manner.

  • You have experience with or an affinity for the infrastructure sector and/or GIS applications such as QGIS or ArcGIS.

  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.

During Future Insight meetings, we inspire each other, go out, and end the day with a festive atmosphere. We meet Mondays and Thursdays at our office in Zwolle. So, you work independently, but certainly not alone.

Our clients are located both domestically and internationally and are primarily government agencies, engineering firms, and contractors. These include organizations such as Heijmans, Spie, Hanab Distribution, and Nobian, as well as the Municipality of Rotterdam, The Hague, the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Finnish Ministry of Climate Policy.


What we offer

  • You will receive a market-rate salary between €2,700 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.

  • In addition to 8% holiday allowance, you will receive a choice budget of 5.8%.
